Your responsibilities

The Medior SAP MM consultant will act as a principal consultant during the implementation and support of SAP in an FMCG organization, both at country and regional level. He will be responsible for advising business management and operations on the implementation and re-engineering of ways of working, based on the best practices supported by the DAP SAP kernel.

As Medior SAP MM consultant, you will develop, maintain and extend a high level of knowledge of Philips logistics processes, the Philips DAP business model, SAP MM modules, inter-relations and cross-module aspects, and related IT application development.

You will participate in and support SAP ERP kernel development and implementation projects as member of a cross-functional team of SAP R/3 and CRM consultants. Implementation roles will include business process modeling, SAP MM configuration, interfaces and customized developments, and other related tasks.

Your profile

Education:
• Preferably Master’s degree.

Knowledge/experience:
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience as a SAP MM consultant in maintaining, integrating, customizing and developing complex SAP environments.
• Preferably SAP MM certified
• In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art ERP IT solutions.
• More than 3 years of experience at comparable positions.

Personal skills:

Philips has established a strategic, shared Portal Service to support the current and rapidly growing internal business demand for portal solutions. This Portal Service (based on SAP Enterprise Portal technology) is provided by the P-BAS Portal Program and Portal Center of Expertise, and together with 10 other colleagues (Portal support consultants, Portal content consultants and a Portal product architect) you have the following objectives:

As Portal Consultant you will be working on interesting and divers portal project Your primary role is to technically design and realize portal solutions.. You will be integrating backend systems with portals, all aspects taken into account (integration, workflow, info and documents, accessibility, content, different roles, single entry, etc..). Portals have been integrated with divers functional areas like finance, hr, purchasing, etc.. As we wants to keep the use of portals for our users simple, you will be confronted with enormous challenges to make this happen. As SAP Portal Content Consultant you have the following areas of responsibility:
1. Lead technical aspects in the Blueprint and Project Definition phases of portal content projects.
2. Create the technical design as a basis for technical realization.
3. Realize, In close coordination with Portal Developers, portal solutions in-line with the functional and technical designs.
4. Lead technical aspects of the portal solution during the content project lifecycle.
5. Resolve assigned production incidents.
6. Develop and maintains methods and standards for the technical design and realization of portal solutions.

Participation in broad cross divisions project such as the SCALE project will be amongst your challenges. This position will offer you different challenging and global projects.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor or Master degree in preferably Computer Science. You need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in Portal Technologies (Weblogic, Websphere, Sharepoint Portal Service) and experience in SAP portal technology is a must. You have proven technical analysis and design skills. You are able to work in and with complicated technical solutions. Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Portal therefore is a must. You are fluent in English, you have excellent analytical skills and you are able to work effectively in stressful situations. You have the drive to finish the projects and activities you started.
